Each Brodies store has a two or three person management team, leading up to thirty staff. Our store managers are some of the most important people in our organisation. While having previous experience in hospitality is great, we can also offer full on the job training for anyone who is looking for a new career.

FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
Each one of our stores has a key team of full‐time kitchen hands and cashiers. All training is done in store and no experience is required.

Each store has a team of up to thirty casual staff who work as kitchen hands and cashiers. Most are high school students who work after school and weekends.
